EH is licensed and approved by the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC), the National Center for Waste Management (MWAN), and the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu in more than 20 environmental activities and services, including environmental studies and consulting, sustainability and corporate governance transformation services, industrial and hazardous waste management (collection - transportation - treatment - sorting - recycling - disposal), waste landfill and environmental complex insulation and lining services, environmental emergency response services, site remediation, and others.




Role Overview:

The Capability Development Expert will be responsible for assessing technical and operational needs across departments and projects, identifying areas for improvement, and leading initiatives to build organizational capabilities aligned with our strategic goals.


Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

·       Analyzing current and future capability requirements based on departmental activities and business objectives.

·       Identifying needs related to tools, equipment, workforce, and training.

·       Coordinating with internal teams to implement capability-building initiatives.

·       Supporting efforts to screen technological advances and innovations related to environmental services.

·       Contributing to the development and diversification of service offerings.

·       Reporting on progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.



Qualification & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.

·       At least 5 years of experience. Experience in hazardous/industrial waste management or environmental consultancy is a plus.

·       Familiarity with technologies, tools, and market trends in the industry of environmental services.

·       Understanding of project management and business development processes.
