Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business and operational activities related to application implementation and development.
- Drive Agile practices, including user story development, requirements gathering, backlog management, and portfolio planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring timely execution.
- Present project updates, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
