Capability Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business and operational activities related to application implementation and development.
Drive Agile practices, including user story development, requirements gathering, backlog management, and portfolio planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring timely execution.
Present project updates, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Expertise in user story development, requirements gathering, and portfolio management.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Product Management or Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Background in business operations, application implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working with enterprise applications and cross-functional teams.
