CAPEX Manager

We are looking for a Capex Manager to strengthen the Kraft Heinz family. The Capex Manager position is located in our Operations department. The location is Susurluk/Balıkesir.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, managing, developing, motivating, and leading the engineering team.

• Coordinating projects aimed at optimizing production processes and media. Identifying cost reduction opportunities while fully leveraging e-auction initiatives.

• Based on AOP assumptions, CAPEX capital expenditure management and forecasting involve determining investment strategies for the company's development.

• Preparation of business analysis, estimation of costs and profits, and proposal of implementation schedule for investment projects based on the FEL process.

• Preparation of the final CAR documentation. Preparation and execution of the tender procedure (Determination of the final scope, collection of bids, negotiations – cooperation with a European buyer, coordination of work related to the formulation of contracts).

• Supervising project implementation in the following ways: Collaboration with internal departments – HSE, Quality, Production, R&D, etc. Overseeing product commissioning and approval. Coordinating the activities of contractors at the facility during project implementation.

• Manage external resources in projects to ensure they run as planned.

• Supporting programs to improve safety culture.

• Providing recommendations to improve health and safety in implemented and newly introduced production processes.

• Actively participating in the analysis of accidents/incidents and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Food Engineering Civil Engineering or related field.

• Residing around Balıkesir

• AutoCAD knowledge

• Excellent planning and organizing skill

• Numerical with sound budgeting skills and experience of project budget management and control

• Prone to teamwork

• 3-5 years of project experience

• Have a good level of English
