Capital Fund Management Analyst

Job Summary:

ibex, on behalf of its global client, is hiring. This is a night shift role. We are looking for an Analyst, Fund Management to support quarterly investor reporting and respond to ad hoc due diligence requests through accurate, timely, and detail-oriented execution .

This role focuses on data aggregation, high-volume data entry, and preparation of recurring and ad hoc reporting , ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality across fund-level outputs . You will contribute to performance tracking, capital activity reporting, and investor transparency while improving data flow into core reporting systems .

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, Investments) and support activities such as capital calls, performance reporting, and data reconciliation . This is an execution-driven role with opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency .

Key Responsibilities:

• Support investor reporting by compiling, inputting, and formatting data from multiple internal sources

• Perform high-volume manual data entry across fund reporting files and systems to ensure timely deliverables

• Assist with ad hoc investor requests by gathering data and coordinating with internal teams

• Maintain fund-level and asset-level reporting schedules with a focus on accuracy and consistency

• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and Investments teams for data collection

• Perform data validations and reconciliations to identify inconsistencies

• Take ownership of building and maintaining centralized reporting databases , ensuring data accuracy, structure, and usability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business , Finance, or Accounting

• 2+ years of finance experience (investment banking, private equity, real estate, or investment management preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with ability to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills , with comfort working with data

• Adaptable, detail-oriented , and committed to continuous improvement
