Capital Market Quality Analyst-BPS

Execute data migration from clients' previous fund admin systems and financials into Hanover Park's platform. • Process, transform and validate historical accounting data to ensure it can be interpreted correctly by our system. • Identify and flag data anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with US-based operations, fund accounting and engineering teams to improve the migration workflow. • Participate in quality control reviews to ensure consistent financial integrity across clients. • Contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities as migrations scale. • Become a subject matter expert on Hanover Park's technology stack and accounting workflows. • Support the buildout of our in-person overseas office by modeling excellent execution, culture, and collaboration as one of the early team members. Who You Are • Experienced fund accountant with 3+ years in fund administration; exposure to venture capital or private equity is a plus. • Strong technical aptitude and comfort with spreadsheets, GL systems, and data-heavy workflows. • Highly detail-oriented with a deep commitment to data integrity and accuracy. • A clear, collaborative and transparent communicator who can work effectively with distributed teams across time zones. • Comfortable navigating complexity and solving ambiguous problems with autonomy and sound judgment. • Excited by a fast-paced, high-growth environment and motivated to be an early contributor in building something new. • Culturally adaptable and effective at communicating clearly across different working styles and backgrounds.
