Convert business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
Analyse pricing inputs, booking models, lifecycle events, and exposure calculations.
Use SQL for trade-level investigation, pricing validation, and data analysis.
Create workflow diagrams and system interactions using Visio.
Support developers and QA teams for sprint-based delivery.
Manage story progression and defects using JIRA Agile.
Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, and demos.
