Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of capital construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and implement project strategies, budgets, and schedules while aligning with organisational goals.
• Oversee the performance of contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project objectives and expectations.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress and financial performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects proactively.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilisation across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale construction projects within the public sector in UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, health and safety guidelines, and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Analytical skills to assess project risks and implement effective solutions
