Job Description

AAAS is currently seeking a site-based Project Manager to join our Supervision team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

· Managing and being accountable for the project’s scope of work.

· Being fully aware of the project objectives in line with the project execution plan and managing and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objectives.

· Being actively engaged in the health, safety, and well-being of the project at all stages.

· Leading weekly progress meetings and assuring the work progress as per the project programme.

· Participating in planning and monitoring the progress of your project. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant BSc Engineering Degree

· Minimum 15+ years experience in Engineering and min. 6 years experience as a PM for mixed-use, residential & industrial projects.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Must have the ability to manage projects and interface with clients.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/PP), MS Project is a must. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

· Good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations and a proactive approach; suitable technical qualification relevant to the specific project/role.

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills

· Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
