We are seeking an experienced Architectural Fit-Out Engineer to manage and coordinate architectural fit-out works on construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that finishes and fit-out activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate architectural fit-out works on site.
• Review and implement approved shop drawings and material submittals.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor work progress and quality of finishes.
• Report site progress and technical issues to project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in architectural fit-out works within contracting projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and fit-out procedures.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

1. Commercial Manager

Salary range: 25000-30000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, and payments.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor commercial performance and risks.
• Review subcontractor agreements and payment certifications.
• Prepare commercial reports and updates for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE construction and contracting field.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, and commercial practices.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
