Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed project implementation plans and organize resources (manpower, materials, tools, and equipment) to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.

· Coordinate and organize project installation designs based on layouts provided by the client/consultant.

· Attend regular site meetings with clients and consultants, implement required changes.

· Supervise site activities on a daily basis, providing on-the-spot guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship and smooth project execution.

· Prepare progress report and resolve site related issues promptly.

· Ensure compliance with all internal HSE and QAQC procedures and maintain required schedule and documentation.

· Ensure quality assurance checks are carried out on finished products prior to delivery to confirm compliance with client specifications.

· Manage site handover upon project completion and obtain completion certificates to confirm client satisfaction and avoid future disputes.

· Ensure all municipal and legal requirements are fully complied with.

· Complete all project close-out procedures, including coordination with subcontractors, QS, and Accounts departments.

· Ensure all contract documentation, schedules, and reports are accurately completed and maintained.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

* Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry mainly in fit-out projects.

* Strong knowledge of finishing materials, site management and construction methodologies

* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule control.
