Overview

Summary: As a Captain Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or dining area, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks to customers.
• Train and supervise waitstaff, hosts, and other F&B team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for F&B supplies.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
