About The Role

As Captain at Heston Blumenthal, you will assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager, providing hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to our guests, while delivering an exceptional standard of service. You will drive training needs based on Heston's sequence of service in relation to the brand standard and have a flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. The Captain will provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues and demonstrate deep knowledge of Heston's food and beverage items.

About You

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality with at least 1-2 years' experience in a Captain or Supervisor role, and a proven track record of working within a celebrity-branded or brand partner restaurant. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have experience working in a fast-paced environment, supervise large diverse teams and work well under pressure. As a brand ambassador for Heston's and Atlantis Dubai, you will build an excellent rapport with your team and our guests. A deep understanding of British culture is a requirement.
