Captain (Head Waiter/Waitress)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, service-oriented, and dynamic Captain (Head Waiter/Waitress) to lead our Food & Beverage service team. The Captain will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising service staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality, presentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and guide them to their tables
• Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented at all times
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service operations
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Captain (Head Waiter/Waitress) is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service attitude
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good grooming and professional appearance

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
