Captain Waiter

10 HOUR DUTY AND 1 DAY OFF PER WEEK

Experience in a Turkish Restaurant is a must. OWN visa required.

Requirement: Fluent in English language (oral and written).

Must have UAE Work experience as a captain waiter.

The salary bracket ranges from 4000 to 5000 AED depending on the restaurant experience. PLUS TIPS.

The package is all in and is required to have his OWN visa.

Must have at least 1 year ,minimum of experience in a Turkish Restaurant as a Captain Waiter.

Generally have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
• Ensuring all orders are included in the bill
• Responsible as well for cashiering duties which are not limited to opening and closing the bill, handling the petty cash /managing the daily expenses invoices and remitting sales and cash handover at the end of the day
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
• Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables removing debris and more

Some servers may assign shift work for other servers and perform shift leader duties, taking leadership of the dining room and guests.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
