Captain Waiter / Waitress for a luxury restaurant in Qatar

Requirements / Key Responsibilities:

• - Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
• - Supervise and support waiters and junior staff during service
• - Ensure tables are properly set up and the dining area is clean and presentable
• - Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team
• - Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally
• - Train and mentor new team members and assist with staff scheduling as needed
• - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special promotions
• - Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
