Job Title: Hostess / Captain

Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Hostess / Captain for a reputed standalone restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in standalone or hotel restaurants, with a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet, and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage reservations and coordinate guest seating to optimize table turnover
• Supervise and support service staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and courtesy
• Ensure service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction are maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak operations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of F&B experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel restaurant
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC
• Pleasant personality, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage operations in a busy restaurant environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
