The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced, charismatic, and professional Tagalog-speaking service leaders to join our team. As a Chef de Rang or Captain Waitress, you will play a critical role in overseeing dining room operations, ensuring impeccable service, and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SAR 2,300 to SAR 2,500 (Base) + Tips
• Accommodation: Provided (Shared).
• Transportation: Provided (To and from work).

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supervise the waitstaff, ensuring strict adherence to fine dining etiquette and service standards.
• Guest Relations: Engage warmly with guests, handle reservations/seating, and manage any complaints with diplomacy and tact.
• Expert Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and wine pairings to provide expert recommendations.
• Service Flow: Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless timing and dish delivery.
• Mentorship: Train and motivate junior staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Revenue Growth: Proactively identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.

Candidate Requirements

• Language: Must be a Tagalog speaker with high proficiency in English. (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Fine Dining/Upscale environments, with at least 1 year in a leadership/Captain role.
• Age Profile: Between 23 and 26 years old.
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and a deep passion for elite hospitality.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of food safety, beverage pairings, and table-side service etiquette.
