Car Rental Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Car Rental & Leasing team. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all rental sales for both corporate and individual clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for new and existing customers.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track contract expirations and manage timely renewals.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely client payments.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or corporate leasing (preferably in car rental / automotive / leasing industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid UAE/Oman Driving License is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO500.000 - RO600.000 per month
