About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Car Rental & Leasing team. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all rental sales for both corporate and individual clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for new and existing customers.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track contract expirations and manage timely renewals.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely client payments.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or corporate leasing (preferably in car rental / automotive / leasing industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Valid UAE/Oman Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: RO500.000 - RO600.000 per month
