Job Description:

Quality Motors FZE is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Car Rental Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dubai’s car rental industry with strong understanding of RTA rules and regulations, rental policies, road compliance, and airport pick-up and drop-off operations.

This role requires a professional who can manage day-to-day rental operations while ensuring excellent customer service and full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily car rental operations including reservations, vehicle handover, and returns
• Ensure compliance with Dubai RTA rules, regulations, and company rental policies
• Handle vehicle documentation including registration, insurance, and compliance records
• Monitor traffic fines, SALIK charges, accidents, and violations
• Conduct vehicle inspections before delivery and after vehicle return
• Coordinate and manage airport pick-up and drop-off services at Dubai International Airport and other locations
• Explain rental terms, conditions, and vehicle usage to customers clearly.
• Provide professional customer support and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations staff for timely vehicle delivery and collection.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational and compliance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years+ experience in car rental industry within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Dubai RTA regulations, road laws, and rental procedures
• Experience handling airport rental operations and logistics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with fleet management systems is an advantage
• Arabic language skills are a plus
• Valid UAE Driving License is a plus
