Car Rental Supervisor

EDS Service Solutions partners with car rental companies around the United States. We run the back-end operations to ensure that all customers have an exceptional car rental experience. We are hiring a Supervisor for our location at the Philadelphia International Airport!

Location: Philadelphia International Airport

Pay: $17.00 hourly / weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for monitoring all employees scheduled to work on your shift.
• Make sure employees are being productive while at work
• Making sure employees are following safety protocols
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Carry out tasks a directed.
• Cover driver/transporters when needed to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid US Driver's License
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Clean Driving Record (3 years)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead
