Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and management to ensure product availability for clients.
- Deliver presentations and engage in public speaking opportunities to promote products effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual) is a plus.
- Experience in retail sales or automobile sales is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing inventory and sales support tasks.
- Basic understanding of retail math and ability to perform calculations related to pricing and inventory management.
