Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join out team at The Car Superstore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on vehicle options

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models (cash/financing options)

* Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits

* Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and payment terms professionally

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends

* Follow up with leads and existing clients to build long-term relationships

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales (UAE experience preferred)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

* Valid UAE driving license

* Basic computer skills

* Immediate joiner.
