Sales Executive

Job Description:

Rox Automobiles is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key part of our showroom staff, you will play a critical role in converting walk-in and online leads into loyal customers. If you have a passion for cars and sales, and you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing excellent service and product knowledge
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our stock
• Generate leads through walk-ins, social media inquiries, and follow-ups
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and financing options
• Prepare and process required documentation for vehicle sales
• Coordinate with finance, admin, and after-sales teams for smooth delivery
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive or retail sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of cars and interest in the automotive industry
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in English & Arabic
