Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automotive sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and coaching to sales staff.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and vehicle financing/leasing programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive regulations, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, vehicle models, and customer buying behavior.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
