Job Summary:

North America Used Cars & Spare Parts Tr LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, multilingual, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the automotive industry and driven to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate prices and financing options to close sales
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and incoming stock
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Assist in arranging test drives and managing the necessary documentation
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in car sales
• Multilingual – Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Turkmeni or other languages is a strong advantage
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Must have own valid UAE visa (residence, freelance, or spouse visa)
