Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive sales and a good understanding of the local used car market. You’ll play a key role in managing leads, engaging with customers, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess used cars to determine pricing and condition.
• Engage with walk-in and online customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable vehicle options.
• Negotiate prices and financing terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Maintain an updated list of available inventory and ensure accurate information is shared with potential buyers.
• Support marketing activities, including posting listings, creating content, and participating in promotional events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow up after sales to build lasting relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with the finance and admin teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a used car showroom.
• Strong understanding of car models, specifications, and pricing.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
• Confident negotiator with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Self-driven, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sales or Business Development : 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
