Car Sales Executive - UAEN Nationalization

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Present and promote products or services to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in [industry—e.g., automotive, recruitment, SaaS]
  • Existing client network is an advantage
  • UAE market experience preferred (if relevant)
