Responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing the sales team, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience at the Hyundai showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Drive new car sales through walk-ins, referrals, and corporate leads
• Monitor daily sales performance, conversions, and follow-ups
• Train and motivate sales consultants for better productivity
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and Hyundai process compliance
