Suds Deluxe is an exterior tunnel car wash looking to add experienced, friendly, and customer-oriented General Manager to our Marble Falls Location

As the General Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that we consistently delight our customers and create a fun and professional workplace for our employees.

Overview of Responsibilities

The General Manager role is the most critical position at the car wash. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects relating to:

• Sales
• Customer experience
• Personnel management
• Equipment maintenance and repair
• Inventory management
• Marketing
• Administrative
• Property and safety management

What we offer:

• Compensation: $19 to $25/hr plus profit sharing bonus (after 180 days of good performance). Up to $75,000/yr
• PTO: 6 days per year (earned at 1 day every 2 months)
