Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory of supplies.
• Enforce safety protocols for all staff regarding equipment use and chemical handling.

Requirements

• Ability to operate or learn to operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team and interact positively with customers.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Desired Skills

• Mechanically-inclined person with some maintenance experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
