Window Cleaning Manager Position Open!

Glacier Window Cleaning is hiring! A Montana State Independent Exemption Certificate Required. Previous Experience as a Window Cleaning Professional Preferred. Up to 28 foot high ladder work required!

Site Manager Position :

Previous experience as a Window Cleaning Professional required. Management experience preferred. Part time 4 days/week, 32hrs/week. April 6th - Oct 15th. $250/day. 8 hour work days or less depending on your skill set and proficiency. $3000 End of Season Bonus!

Site Manger is required to oversee the work and quality of 1 window cleaning worker. Some training of the other worker will be required at first. Oversee daily operations, complete daily jobs list, minimal administrative work, good communication. Positive customer service experience is required!

Positive customer service experience is preferred. Must be a fast learner and have the ability take direction as needed. A positive and get it done attitude goes a long way here.

Other Requirements:

The ladder work is 28 feet or less and you must not be afraid of heights! You must be able to lift at least 40lbs occasionally. This is a physical and fast paced job. Your ability to understand process and efficiency are paramount!
