Job Title: Car Wash Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate car wash staff activities
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to company standards
• Train and guide new employees
• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance
• Manage daily schedules and staff assignments
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car wash or similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team efficiently
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Working Hours & Benefits:

• 8 hours duty + 1 hour lunch break
• Accommodation will be provided
