Cleaner Supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Physically fit and able to support cleaning tasks when required

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping, including supervisory experience
• Experience in gyms, hotels, malls, or large facilities is preferred
• Ability to manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
