THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING to lead our team and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and service at every touchpoint.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, understands Forbes Travel Guide standards, and is dedicated to delivering excellence through both people and processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading and inspiring the Housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards across guest rooms and public areas
• Ensuring all areas meet and exceed luxury hospitality and Forbes Travel Guide standards
• Managing daily operations, scheduling, and team performance
• Overseeing inventory, budgeting, and cost control while maintaining quality
• Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Driving team training, engagement, and continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in a senior Housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury service expectations
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-driven approach
