Job Summary:

The Carwash Team Leader oversees the daily operations of the carwash team. This role ensures that vehicles are cleaned to company standards, staff are properly guided, and work is completed safely and on time. The position also supports smooth coordination with the operations team and clients when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the carwash team in their daily tasks.
• Assign duties, schedule workloads, and ensure all vehicles are serviced efficiently.
• Check the quality of cleaning and make sure it meets company standards.
• Train new staff on proper cleaning procedures, use of materials, and safety practices.
• Monitor the use of carwash supplies and request replenishment when needed.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and chemicals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report any issues with equipment or operations to the Manager
• Support in resolving customer concerns related to carwash services.
• Prepare simple daily or weekly activity reports when required.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in carwash operations or a similar role
• Previous experience leading a small team is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Basic understanding of carwash chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
