Car Washing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily car washing operations in the mall parking facility
• Manage, train, schedule, and motivate car wash staff
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to established quality standards
• Monitor customer service and handle complaints or special requests professionally
• Inspect equipment, tools, and cleaning materials; report maintenance or repair needs
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and water in line with environmental guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Keep daily records of operations, staff attendance, and service volumes

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in car wash operations or a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Candidate should be able to speak Hindi fluently
• Good customer service and communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of car wash equipment, products, and techniques
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
