Job Summary
The Car Wrapping / PPF Installer will be responsible for preparing vehicles, installing vinyl wraps and paint protection film, ensuring high-quality finishing, and maintaining DiabloFoil’s premium standards. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, follow instructions carefully, manage tools and materials properly, and complete work within the required timeline without compromising quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Preparation
- Clean, wash, and prepare vehicles properly before wrapping or PPF installation.
- Remove dust, dirt, wax, grease, and other surface contaminants before installation.
- Inspect vehicle paint condition before starting the work and report any scratches, dents, repainted panels, or damages.
- Ensure all surfaces are ready for smooth and clean film application.
- Handle customer vehicles with maximum care and professionalism.
Car Wrapping Installation
- Install vinyl wraps on full vehicles, partial panels, roofs, mirrors, trims, and custom areas.
- Apply wrap film with proper stretching, heating, alignment, cutting, and finishing techniques.
- Ensure clean edges, proper tucking, smooth corners, and bubble-free application.
- Work on different types of wrap materials including gloss, matte, satin, chrome, carbon fiber, textured, printed, and color-change films.
- Make sure the final finish looks clean, premium, and factory-like.
Paint Protection Film Installation
- Install PPF on full vehicles, front-end packages, bumpers, bonnets, fenders, mirrors, doors, headlights, and other painted areas.
- Prepare slip solutions and installation materials correctly.
- Apply PPF using proper alignment, squeegee technique, stretching, edge wrapping, and finishing methods.
- Ensure there are no visible dust particles, lift marks, bubbles, stretch marks, glue marks, or poor edges.
- Work with both pre-cut and bulk installation methods when required.
Quality Control
- Review completed work carefully before vehicle delivery.
- Check for bubbles, lifting, scratches, contamination, stretch marks, uneven edges, improper cuts, or visible defects.
- Make corrections and alterations whenever required.
- Support the team in final inspection before customer handover.
- Maintain DiabloFoil’s premium quality standard on every vehicle.
Tools, Equipment & Material Handling
- Maintain all installation tools, blades, squeegees, heat guns, steamers, spray bottles, ladders, and related equipment properly.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Manage wrap film, PPF, chemicals, and tool inventory responsibly.
- Avoid wastage of materials and report low stock to the supervisor or manager.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with the operations manager, floor supervisor, sales team, and other technicians.
- Follow instructions clearly and complete assigned jobs on time.
- Communicate immediately if there is any issue with the vehicle, material, design, or installation process.
- Support junior installers and team members when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at work every day.
Safety & Discipline
- Follow all safety procedures while working with blades, heat guns, chemicals, ladders, and electrical tools.
- Be responsible for personal safety as well as the safety of team members and customer vehicles.
- Avoid careless handling, unnecessary risks, and damage to vehicles or workshop property.
- Follow company rules, work timings, job schedules, and reporting procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in car wrapping, PPF installation, or automotive film installation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation, film application, cutting, heating, stretching, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work on luxury and high-value vehicles with care and confidence.
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and responsibility.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, job cards, and installation guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn new techniques and processes.

Additional Duties
- Support detailing, ceramic coating, tinting, or other vehicle preparation work when required.
- Assist in workshop cleaning and vehicle movement when needed.
- Help with delivery preparation and final vehicle presentation.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the management or supervisor.

At DiabloFoil, every vehicle must be treated with care, respect, and precision. The installer is expected to deliver clean workmanship, protect the customer’s vehicle, maintain workshop discipline, and represent the premium standard of the company at all times.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
