- Manage end-to-end dispatch process of approved credit cards, ensuring timely delivery through courier partners or branch handover.
- Track shipment status & delivery confirmation and coordinate with logistics teams to resolve delays, returns (RTO), or incomplete deliveries.
- Verify customer KYC, address & documentation before dispatch to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate delivery.
- Maintain dispatch MIS & activation status tracker, updating shipped, delivered, pending, and RTO card lists daily.
- Coordinate with call center / tele-verification teams to ensure smooth card activation post-delivery.
- Contact customers post-delivery to guide activation steps (PIN setup, card usage, charges, benefits), enabling faster first-use.
- Reduce inactive & undelivered card ratio through proactive customer follow-up and correct address confirmation.
- Work with issuance, underwriting & branch operations teams to ensure zero data mismatch impacting activation.
- Ensure secure handling & storage of undelivered cards, following safety, audit & compliance protocols.
- Achieve monthly targets for activation rate, dispatch accuracy & delivery turnaround time while maintaining customer satisfaction.
