  • Manage end-to-end dispatch process of approved credit cards, ensuring timely delivery through courier partners or branch handover.
  • Track shipment status & delivery confirmation and coordinate with logistics teams to resolve delays, returns (RTO), or incomplete deliveries.
  • Verify customer KYC, address & documentation before dispatch to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain dispatch MIS & activation status tracker, updating shipped, delivered, pending, and RTO card lists daily.
  • Coordinate with call center / tele-verification teams to ensure smooth card activation post-delivery.
  • Contact customers post-delivery to guide activation steps (PIN setup, card usage, charges, benefits), enabling faster first-use.
  • Reduce inactive & undelivered card ratio through proactive customer follow-up and correct address confirmation.
  • Work with issuance, underwriting & branch operations teams to ensure zero data mismatch impacting activation.
  • Ensure secure handling & storage of undelivered cards, following safety, audit & compliance protocols.
  • Achieve monthly targets for activation rate, dispatch accuracy & delivery turnaround time while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
