Card Management System - Technical Lead (CMS)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Cards/Payments domain in a banking environment.
• Proven experience with card management systems.
• Strong knowledge of middleware, APIs, ESB (MuleSoft/WebMethods), and integration patterns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Deep technical knowledge of cards ecosystem (issuing, acquiring, settlement).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities in complex banking projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors in a regulated environment.
• Excellent documentation and governance skills for technical audits and regulatory reviews.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
