Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiology Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cardiology and demonstrate proficiency in patient care, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to evaluate cardiovascular health.
• Interpret medical imaging and utilize EHR systems for effective patient management and documentation.
• Perform cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures as needed.
• Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as endocrinology, gastroenterology, and pulmonology for comprehensive patient management.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance cardiology practices and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding lifestyle modifications for heart health.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Cardiology or relevant specialty is preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems, particularly Epic, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in critical care experience, including airway management and post-operative care.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding, and DME is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient service.
• Knowledge of various subspecialties such as maternal-fetal medicine, oncology, and psychiatry is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $290,556.57 - $370,519.74 per year
