Cards Acquistion & Merchant Alliances Head

• Develop the Cards acquisition strategies to achieve and exceed new card issuance targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels
• Responsible for developing and executing the partner merchants acquisition plan to ensure offering ADIB cardholders with best in market offers / discounts
• Design and manage the relations with merchants and responsible for merchant contracts renewals
• Design and implement clear and efficient processes for card application processing, credit approval, and customer on boarding.
• Monitor metrics like acquisition cost per card, application conversion rates, approval rates, and new customer spend.
• Responsible for developing/executing the various marketing/advertising campaigns that helps in driving the various pillars of cards business following cards management strategy.
• Manage the sales performance of all channels against set targets and come up with initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Interface with credit risk and operations to ensure that there is a broad understanding of the product processing requirements and meeting business set targets.
• Enhance sales by providing new acquisition offers, campaigns, boosters and Contest
• Periodical revise of presented files & assure compatibility with target market & risk requirements
• Respond to all customer complaints received by complaints unit/branches/call center and ensure proper resolution within the approved turnaround time.
• Work closely with Risk to implement effective risk management standards and policies that ensure achieving the business plan targets with accepted credit loss.
• Develop and implement Business Relationship building and acquisitions initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree

Minimum Experience:

7 to 9 Years work experience in related field.
