Care Coordinator for Home Care Agency

Our Homewatch Caregivers team has been established for 22 years. This position would suit a person that is an Independent Self Starter that enjoys keeping busy!

As a care coordinator it is a role that requires the ability to be independent and flexible, manage schedules, have consultations with familes and oversee the care of our clients. Some days may start in the early morning and some days may end later in the day.

Having a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide is required. Working in a home care setting would be preferred and having past experience with clients performing all types of care is very important.
