Job Overview

Join a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered renal care within an acute care setting. As a key member of our inpatient hemodialysis program, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of dialysis treatment and team management. Your work will directly support continuity of care for hospitalized patients requiring both acute and chronic dialysis treatments, ensuring timely and efficient interventions.

This role provides an opportunity to lead and innovate, supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team, including the Director of Dialysis, expert nephrologists, and hospital leadership. You will utilize cutting-edge technology and evidence-based protocols to deliver life-changing care directly at the bedside or within specialized treatment areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the inpatient dialysis program.
  • Develop and coordinate dialysis treatment schedules and staffing to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
  • Lead and serve as a patient-care coordinator, implementing specialized plans of care.
  • Maintain all equipment and ensure required validation and testing are completed to the highest standards.
  • Leverage your clinical skills and our advanced technology to enhance patient well-being and shape exceptional patient journeys.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in acute care or dialysis.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience specifically in dialysis.
