What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and daily staffing needs
  • Quickly fill last-minute call-outs and urgent shifts
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and fit
  • Communicate in real time via phone, text, and email
  • Maintain accurate scheduling in systems (ClearCare/WellSky, CRM)
  • Ensure every shift is fully covered—no gaps in care

Critical Responsibility: On-Call Care Coordination (Essential Function of the Role)

This role includes a structured on-call rotation for after-hours support.

During on-call shifts, you will:

  • Respond to urgent caregiver call-outs
  • Secure replacement caregivers quickly and efficiently
  • If no caregiver is available, you are required to step in and cover the shift to ensure continuity of care

This is a core responsibility of the role and essential to our mission.

Compensation & On-Call Structure

We offer a clear, competitive compensation model that recognizes both scheduled work and after-hours responsibility.

Base Pay

  • $18–$23/hour (based on experience)

On-Call Stipend

  • $125 per week for participation in the scheduled on-call rotation

Shift Coverage Pay (When You Step In to Provide Care)

When direct care coverage is required:

  • During scheduled 40-hour work week: Paid at your standard hourly rate
  • Outside scheduled hours (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays):

Paid at caregiver hourly rate + $2–$3/hour differential for all hours worked

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years scheduling, staffing, or administrative experience (home care preferred)
  • Strong ability to problem-solve under pressure
  • Excellent communication and accountability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple systems and communication channels
