We’re looking for individuals who are confident in communication, comfortable on calls, and eager to build a career in a client-facing sales & care management environment.

This is a voice-based, outbound calling role in the US healthcare domain (Care Management Consultant).

You’ll be:

• Speaking with US-based prospects through cold calling
• Introducing care management / healthcare support services
• Handling conversations with confidence and clarity
• Understanding client needs and creating interest
• Working in a target-driven, performance-based environment

We’re looking for people who:

• Are freshers or early in their career
• Have strong spoken English communication
• Are confident in handling calls and conversations
• Want to grow in sales, marketing, and client communication
• Can handle rejection and stay consistent
