• Proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions
• An understanding of person-centred care & support provision
• Excellent communication & strong teamwork skills
• Experience in supervising & coordinating staff
• IT literacy
• Patience, compassion & a positive attitude
• A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work
• The ability to prioritise & multitask
• A driving licence & access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day branch operations
• Managing and developing a team of care coordinators and supervisors
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining Good/Outstanding rating
• Conducting supervisions
• appraisals and team meetings
• Building relationships with commissioners
• social workers and healthcare partners
• Overseeing recruitment and retention of care staff
• Handling complex complaints and safeguarding concerns
• Driving growth through new client acquisition
• Preparing for and leading CQC inspections

Requirements

• Proven management experience in domiciliary care (minimum 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience
• Experience of CQC inspections
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
