Care Liaison (Remote – Must Live Near Select Cities)

Pay Rate:
$23.50 per hour

Full-Time | Remote | 8-hour shift between 8am–8pm EST
Are you experienced in high-volume healthcare call centers and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment? We’re looking for a Care Liaison to support a patient services program within Innovative Medicine.
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prescription referrals, helping ensure patients, providers, and internal teams receive accurate and timely support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing prescription referral intake and data entry
• Processing referrals and triaging inquiries
• Collaborating with reimbursement, case management, and pharmacy teams
• Resolving discrepancies related to patient, prescriber, or insurance information
• Maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of remote or high-volume healthcare call center experience
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple systems at once
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Availability to work an assigned 8-hour shift between 8am–8pm EST
Preferred (But Not Required):
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Undergraduate degree (healthcare or related field)
• Experience with medical terminology, NDC, ICD-10, insurance verification
• Bilingual Spanish
