Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Career Counsellor to guide prospective students and healthcare professionals in selecting suitable education and career pathways. The role involves counselling, lead conversion, student recruitment, and achieving monthly enrolment targets for healthcare and Australian education programs.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record of meeting enrolment or business development targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesCareer Counselling & Student Guidance

  • Provide professional counselling to prospective students and healthcare professionals regarding education and career opportunities.
  • Assess candidates' educational backgrounds, career goals, and eligibility for various programs.
  • Guide students through admission requirements, application procedures, and career pathways.
  • Provide accurate information on Australian education programs, healthcare training programs, and migration-related education pathways.
