Job Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end admission process, including application review, document verification, and enrollment.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth communication with applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Conduct interviews or assessments when required and assist in admission decision-making.
- Follow up with prospective students to increase enrollment and conversion rates.
- Respond to queries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports on admission trends, application numbers, and conversions for management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Education, or related field.
- Prior experience in student admissions or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain follow-up efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM or student management systems is a plus.
- Professional, polite, and persuasive approach to prospective students.
