Admission Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end admission process, including application review, document verification, and enrollment.
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth communication with applicants.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Conduct interviews or assessments when required and assist in admission decision-making.
  • Follow up with prospective students to increase enrollment and conversion rates.
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare reports on admission trends, application numbers, and conversions for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Prior experience in student admissions or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain follow-up efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM or student management systems is a plus.
  • Professional, polite, and persuasive approach to prospective students.
