We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Representative to join our education sales team. The role focuses on contacting prospective students, explaining educational programs and courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course offerings, training programs, and enrollment procedures clearly.
- Convert leads into registered students and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads through calls and messaging platforms.
- Handle objections professionally and provide suitable program recommendations.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for lead management.
- Achieve daily call volume and conversion KPIs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or education sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under targets and performance-based environments.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Fluent Arabic is required; English is a plus.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and strong follow-up skills.
