Telesales Representative – Education Sector

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Representative to join our education sales team. The role focuses on contacting prospective students, explaining educational programs and courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Explain course offerings, training programs, and enrollment procedures clearly.
  • Convert leads into registered students and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
  • Follow up consistently with interested leads through calls and messaging platforms.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide suitable program recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for lead management.
  • Achieve daily call volume and conversion KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or education sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and performance-based environments.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Fluent Arabic is required; English is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and strong follow-up skills.
